Agility is taking over the way organizations conduct operations at a rapid pace. However, in order to achieve agility you must understand the fundamentals aspects of it. Scrum is one of the components which enable organizations to achieve agility. 

Fabian Schwartz is the CEO at Scrum Colombia, Professor of Agile Project Management, and author of the upcoming book on Scrum, with the working title of It’s Not Chess, It’s Poker: Scrum in Action.

Fabian has more than 20 years of experience in the tech sector. He has served in many roles in the IT industry, including developer, tester, trainer, project and program manager. As a traditional project management convert turned Scrum Trainer, he has reached more than 30,000 people and has worked with companies of any size from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. He has been a pioneer of using Scrum outside of the technology sector.
