Scope of Services: We, at Moving Forward Leadership, offer two primary services – “One-on-One Coaching” and the “Leader Growth Mastermind.” One-on-One Coaching involves an upfront payment for the initial package, with subsequent payments as needed. The Leader Growth Mastermind operates on a monthly payment schedule, facilitated through Stripe, accepting all major credit cards.
Payment and Billing
For One-on-One Coaching, an initial upfront payment is required. Subsequent payments are arranged as necessary. The Leader Growth Mastermind follows a monthly billing cycle, with payments processed through Stripe, providing the convenience of all major credit card options.
Refund and Cancellation Policies
Refunds are not applicable for One-on-One Coaching services. In the case of the Leader Growth Mastermind, a refund is possible until the 2nd payment is collected. Members who actively participate in all group calls during their first month can receive a double refund of their payment. However, once the 2nd payment is collected, no refunds will be possible. If a member decides to cancel their subscription, they will continue to have access to the mastermind until the end of their billing period.
Privacy and Data Protection
We prioritize the protection of your data to the best of our ability. By using our services, you agree to abide by the privacy policies of Google, Facebook, Sessions, and Upcoach, as we utilize their tools in our operations.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of all content, trademarks, and copyrights belongs exclusively to Moving Forward Leadership and Scott McCarthy.
Terms Updates
We reserve the right to update our terms as needed. Any changes will be communicated via email to ensure our clients stay informed.
Compliance with Laws
We are committed to complying with all relevant laws and regulations applicable in Ontario.
Termination
Improper or disrespectful conduct, as well as the abuse of content, will result in immediate termination without reimbursement of funds.
