And that is to launch a new service for you, the leaders out there. And I’m super excited about this. As I was saying, this has been in the work now for a while with some of our partners. And this is, this is the beginning really. And I will tell you that this is a game changer, for everyone, myself included. So let’s just get down to it. Shall we? I’m going to share my screen and I’m going to show you exactly what I have coming to you. So just bear with me for one second.

I know it’s a, it’s a pretty funny name, but the moral of the story of it is that what it does is more important than anything else. And that is, it is a leadership AI. This AI bought has every piece of leadership information in it that I know. Every single podcast episode is in it. So you can ask it any question and get immediate response. It says imposter syndrome is a common experience that many people face a 100% true. Overcoming it can be challenging. Also true. And here are a few strategies: Recognize and acknowledge your achievements. Take time to reflect on accomplishments that and recognize that you have earned your success. Remind yourself of the ski skills, knowledge, and experiences that brought you to where you are today. 100% legitimate.

Challenge negative sec this, self talk. Absolutely. Pay attention to negative thoughts and beliefs and that contribute to the imposter syndrome. Replace them with positive, realistic affirmations. Remind yourself it’s normal to have doubts, you’re capable of deserving your achievements. Seek and support and validation. Also, another great way to get over imposter syndrome. Seek support and validation, talk to trusted friends, mentors, colleagues, and provide support and reassurance, share your feelings, concerns, and you may find that they have experienced similar feelings that can offer valuable perspective.

Scott McCarthy [00:09:42]:

A 100%. Embrace failure and learn from it. This is a great another great piece of advice. Understand that failure is a natural part growth and learning: Instead of seeking failure as evidence of your incompetence, view it as an opportunity to learn and grow, embrace challenges, and view them as opportunities of growth. Focus on continuous learning. And so you get the point. These things are it’s all true. It is 100% great advice in there and is at your fingertips 100% of the time.
