Organizations need to communicate or they will die. It’s that plan and simple. Communication is the cornerstone to any successful team and as a leader you need to ensure that your organization is communicating. I have witnessed too many organizations have communication problems which ultimately led to their demise.
In this episode, I use the example of when I was consulting with a company run by “Dan.” Dan had a great vision for his company but his followers were not following it. What was the core issue? Were his people to blame? Or was there something wrong with Dan’s communication style?
