A free, 30-minute virtual conversation about what you’re facing, what’s getting in the way and whether 1:1 coaching is the right next step for you.
Confidential. No pressure. No obligation.
You’re trusted with more because you deliver. But the decisions are heavier, the people challenges are harder and the results still have to come.
Your decisions affect more people, and fewer people can help you think them through.
The pressure to deliver keeps rising. So does the risk of pushing your team too hard to get there.
Some things you can’t discuss honestly with your boss, your peers or your team.
WORKING HARDER WON’T FIX IT.
NEITHER WILL PUSHING YOUR PEOPLE HARDER.
This isn’t a canned program. It’s 1:1 coaching from someone who has carried real responsibility, made the hard calls and seen what it costs when leaders get it wrong.
25 years of military leadership, from leading soldiers on operations to senior command and executive-level roles. I’ve made the hard calls and lived with the consequences.
We don’t trade your team’s wellbeing for this quarter’s numbers. That’s what #LeadDontBoss means in practice.
Confidential, with no politics, no reporting line and no agenda except helping you lead well.
We work on what’s in front of you right now, across how you lead yourself, your team and your organization.
Coaching is 1:1 and fully virtual. There’s no fixed program length. How often we meet, and for how long, depends on what you’re working through.
A free, 30-minute conversation about what you’re facing and whether coaching is the right fit. No pressure.
We get specific about where you’re stuck, what good looks like in your role and what needs to change first.
Real situations, not hypotheticals. Most leaders start with more frequent sessions, then adjust the rhythm as things settle.
You leave each session with a decision or next step, and we follow up on what happened.
THROUGHOUT, WE WORK ACROSS ALL THREE DOMAINS OF LEADERSHIP:
LEADING YOURSELF, YOUR TEAM AND YOUR ORGANIZATION.
Every leader’s situation is different. These are the kinds of changes coaching is built to help you make.
You don’t have to take my word for it. Here’s what people have said about working with me.
Working with Scott has been incredibly beneficial for my personal and career development! His ability to help me gain different perspectives on topics thru open, honest conversation has enabled me to better serve my team. When coupled with a number of tools & tactics that he's shared with me, I am more empowered to be a better sales leader, people manager, and person.
Choosing to work with Scott has been enlightening. It was exactly the kind of guidance and advice I needed, all the while being challenged, which I really appreciate. It put some light on some of my struggles as a leader and how to handle them, and helped me recognize and emphasize my strengths to become a better leader (not a boss).
I found Scott right after being promoted to a new and challenging leadership position. I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for, but his coaching was it.
Having a neutral space to bounce difficult situations off someone is priceless. I also find it incredibly valuable to get the perspective that comes from Scott's diverse background and leadership experience.
I thought I was only going to learn about leading my team; however, I have developed a vital new skill: leading myself. In a short amount of time, his coaching has helped me understand myself better, which in turn sets me up to support my team and organization better.
One-on-one coaching with Scott had a positive impact on my leadership trajectory. I was able to enhance my communication, delegation, and decision-making skills, as well as navigate acute challenges.
Scott helped me quickly transition from a colleague/peer to a team leader and member of our executive team.
I spent 25 years in the military, moving through progressively senior leadership and command roles, including operational service and executive-level responsibility. Rank and authority put me in charge. They didn’t automatically make me a good leader. That took self-awareness, discipline and the humility to admit I didn’t always have the answer.
I’ve also interviewed more than 300 leadership experts on the Peak Performance Leadership Podcast and wrote You Don’t Know Sh*t About Leadership: And Neither Do I. The title is the point. I won’t pretend to have all your answers. I’ll help you find them, and hold you to acting on them.
